April's Calamity's Corner

Plenty of entertainment this month. Our Author of the
Month is Rowena Cherry who writes futeristic romance
for broadminded people. Rowena asks What kind of
hero plays chess?

West Australian crime writer, Carole Sutton, takes us to
Falmouth in Cornwall the setting for her mystery thriller,
Ferryman.

The Unusual Event is a terrifying experience for Calamity
in Ireland.

I hope you all enjoy LJ Roberts book review of a debut

My Imagination is working.

I finished the new website,  My Imagination. It has a slide show on  the home page with photos of Central Switzerland, Wilhelm Tell country, which are pertinent to my novel. I love the banner picture of the Schächen River near Bürglen, in the Uri canton. There are new poems and pictures and I'll add a short story or two as free reads. Thanks to all of the contibutors, I'm really happy with this issue of Calamity's Corner.
Multi published, American writer, Kim Smith is our March author of the month. From Romance and Mysteries to Fantasy, Kim has mastered them all.
I show you around Sydney Cove and LJ Roberts and Jacquie Rogers present their fascinating & informative regular columns. Fellow MuseItUp author, Rosalie Skinner, provides the answers to her Valentine's Day quiz and Sheryl reviews the movie  'Unknown'.

All I can say about the Pet of the Month is, 'A picture paints a thousand words', hehehe and you'll be very impressed with what you find from the Groper's shelf. Edith, Alma and Deborah are to be commended. :) In Something Unusual you'll find something especially for Ferrari lovers, thanks Bob Turnbull. It's best if you turn  the sound up, full blast.

The Thanksgiving issue.

I hoped everyone survived Halloween. Last year a dad came with the neighbourhood kids, and when I offered them money he took it - to look after it for the children. The children were not impressed. This year I was prepared with a stash of lollies. I seem to have a few left over. Oh dear, there goes the diet.
