Spitzli's knee reconstruction operation is over.
The vet said they were happy with the way things went. When she comes home she will have to be kept quiet. No running for six weeks, at least.
Sara, There are so many new Muse books coming out, if we only read them, we would still have reading material to keep us hooked up to our Kindle forever!!! Thanks for stopping by!!
Rosalie and Edith, Thanks for the well wishes for Spitzli She is recovering well and is most cooperative and accepting. She's such a lovable little dog. She is confined to a 4x4 pen which she happily accepts and wags her tail when I put her back in after her short walks. This is day 5 after her knee reconstruction surgery and she walked on her sore leg all the time during her last little stint outside, without hopping. It was such a joy to watch her. I didn't let her overdo it and now she is sleeping on a small rug next to my chair in the study.
